Once your pages are indexed in Google, and other search engines, you need to be sure to have Title, Description, and Keywords for your site. Just as important is the ability to easily change the Title, Description, and Keywords for every post you make as the topic and discussion is different it is best to have the Title, Description and Keywords match the content. This plugin provides all that and more as you can modify the above when you post or write a page.
Google XML Sitemaps – This plugin will generate a sitemaps.org compatible sitemap of your WordPress blog which is supported by Ask.com, Google, MSN Search and YAHOO
A sitemap will be generated for you and will work with Google being the largest of all the search engines so you need to be indexed properly before you can be found.
SEO Title Tag – Search engine optimize your blog’s title tags.
Title tags are arguably the most important of the on-page factors for search engine optimization (“SEO”). SEO Title Tag makes is dead-easy to optimize the title tags across your WordPress-powered blog or website. Not just your posts, not just your home page, but any and every title tag on your site! Often on blogs, visitors will leave comments on which they want to track. Unfortunately, they often forget to check back, or choose not to because they don’t have an easy way. Google Analytics for WordPress
The Google Analytics for WordPress plugin automatically tracks and segments all outbound links from within posts, comment author links, links within comments, blogroll links and downloads. It also allows you to track AdSense clicks, add extra search engines, track image search queries and it will even work together with Urchin.
